Selina Vellani Farrand

Selina's experience spans venture-backed startups, private equity, and investment banking. She most recently served as CFO at Boundless Immigration (Seattle), leading the company's financial and M&A strategy, as the company scaled from 40 to 600 employees and completed three strategic acquisitions. Prior to Boundless, she held strategy and finance leadership roles at Daily Harvest (New York) through its Series A to C journey. Earlier in her career, she was an investor at Abry Partners (Boston), a private equity firm investing $20-$200 million in software and services businesses. She began her career in leveraged finance investment banking at UBS (New York).

Hanif Vellani

Hanif is the CEO of Hallmark Hotels, a Canadian hotel investment, development, and asset management firm with 37 years of operating history across 12 acquired, repositioned, and operated properties. He has built and maintained franchise relationships with Marriott, Choice, Wyndham, and Best Western, and has overseen the design, construction, and renovation of 15 hotel and residential projects.
